MVTH is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to offering therapeutic riding to children and adults living with disabilities, to help them achieve greater physical strength and flexibility while working on communication skills and developing an emotionally-rewarding bond with horses.

It is our greatest wish at MVTH to give those with disabilities the chance to discover how equine assisted therapy can impact their lives.

The simple act of riding promotes exercise and strength. A horse's rhythm mimics our own, and his body heat helps limber up under used muscles and joints. Those who have difficulty communicating with others have no trouble bonding with a gentle horse.

Every rider has specific goals and strength so each individual has a riding program tailored to meet their needs.

Please explore our site, learn more about the program and see how this program might fit your needs.
